Timings of first birthday party?
Doing a little get together for a couple hours at home just for both grandparents… tea and cake etc.
But struggling to know what time to do it as I feel like there’s not a 2 hour slot where LO is not either napping or having lunch etc? 🤣

Its fine for baby to have lunch, its their party! I would do presents, a few sandwiches while baby has lunch, then tea and cake 🥰
We did 3-6 as we had the morning as a family. Baby had dinner/ food along with everyone else and worked well as he’d already had his second nap so was in a good mood and it tired him out for bed! x
We did 2-6 with family and close friends ☺️

We did ours 1030-1230 and little ones had party food with he adults around 1130ish :) worked quite well. Then went down for nap at around 1 or just after
