3-4 weeks after the first day of your period. I have a very text book cycle so I have no clue about irregular cycles and that’s when I would personally test. Also I think I ovulate a week after my period ends.

I think two weeks after conception is generally when a pregnancy can be detected.

Are you tracking when you ovulate? If you are, you can usually get an accurate pregnancy test 10-14 days after ovulation.
