Early labor

I just got home from my nst and baby looks beautiful and my blood pressure was perfect, but I’m having contractions! I feel them with light cramping and not exactly regular but i had several over the 20 minute period. Nothing major. The nurse wasn’t worried and said everything looks beautiful and just like it should at this point. I’m 37 weeks with my second. I asked if I should expect things to continue as they are or should they start getting worse. She said it could go either way. I didn’t experience any of this with my first. I was induced at 39 weeks. So out of curiosity, how long were you in the early stages of labor for? Especially if it was your 2nd or more. I have a c-section scheduled for Thursday, so baby will be here soon no matter what.

Just had my second baby and I had him the same day I started having contractions. I was 39 weeks though

I had my 2nd baby last week on Wednesday. I lost my mucus plug on Tuesday and I felt so off. So much pressure and pelvic pain and inconsistent contractions. Around midnight on Wednesday, I woke up and had contractions every 10-15 mins. Then they were every 5-10 and then 5 and less. I went to the hospital around 5:45 am and had my daughter at 12:04 pm that day! I was 38 weeks and 6 days and 4 cm when I got to the hospital.

I just delivered my third baby a week ago and I was having contractions all day. They got progressively worse, by 1:30 in the morning my fiance and I were on our way to the hospital and she was born at 7:05 in the morning. I was 5 cm dilated when I got to the hospital.

@Usinger good luck, and when you do go into labor I hope that it goes smoothly and quickly and I hope that you and baby are perfectly healthy. ❤️

I’ve been in early labor for dayyyysss , this is my fourth pregnancy and I was due on 11/10

@Nathalie im sorry! This is what I’m afraid of, and just my luck, lol. I hope your baby makes their appearance soon!
