Bottle feeding.. at a loss (tongue tie)

4weeks old My LG had her tongue tie procedure yesterday and so far no improvement with feeding , latch and wind. ETC I know it will take time for her to get used to it but… She is never settled after feeds and she will feed every hour and take little amounts often. I’m wondering whether or not I need a bigger teat size? When I take the bottle off her to wind her she cries (what I thought was discomfort) but it could be out of frustration? She’s on size 1 mam teats and the next size is obviously the 2’s but they are recommended for 2months + . For example she had 1.5oz at 5:30(fell asleep) nearly 2oz at 7:30 and just 1/2 an oz now at 8:30. So she obviously isn’t getting enough at each feed but she cries and is very unsettled whilst feeding and after? Could be a milk issues? Reflux? Tongue tie? I mean it could be a multitude of things? She’s my second and you wouldn’t believe how she’s making me feel like she’s my first!?!? I feel like I just had it together with my first and she’s thrown me off tracks with a lot of her ways.
