I have the same issue im in my second trimester im barely showing and when i go to sleep on my side i wake up on my stomach i read it was fine that if its doing something to the baby you will feel uncomfortable and move

With my first I slept on my stomach until like 25 weeks when I could no longer bare it. I got a pregnancy pillow and slept kinda crooked half side half stomach for a while. When I was further along it helped me stay on my side. With this one I’m 15 weeks and still sleep on my stomach. It’s starting to get uncomfortable sometimes, but it’s not unbearable. I occasionally use a body pillow to throw my leg over for a little added height and cushion. I also slept on my stomach the night I gave birth. I went to lay down, realized the freedom looked at my partner giggled and flipped. Best sleep I’d had in MONTHS. Sleeping on your stomach is fine, same with sleeping on your back if it’s unsafe for you or baby you will get uncomfy. 🖤

Baby center pregnancy app said that sleeping on stomach is totally fine. Back is worst for blood circulation and side is best.

My doctor said there is no issue sleeping on your stomach, only your back! I’m a side sleeper so a pregnancy pillow has been great for me

Thank so much ladies!!
