I don’t know what to do😭

Mamas, I’m having a breech baby but her head is so high up into my ribs it’s literally making me nauseous and making my ribs and back hurt so freaking bad. I feel like I can’t breathe, I have no appetite and have to force myself to eat even though I feel so full, idk what to do at this point, My c-section is scheduled for the 6th but I just want to cry because I don’t know how much longer I can go like this.😭😭

Me too! He’s in my ribs Frank breech and it’s absolutely awful. The sono tech the other dat at 37 week app was like “you’re poor ribs” so I feel ya. It’s rough.. I want to just tell my doc to get him out already.

@Nicki I’m glad I’m not the only one! My baby is in the complete breech position, she keeps her feet down by my vagina and it’s so uncomfortable because as she’s kicking me down there she pushes up into my ribs further and further. I can’t sit down properly, I have to lean back or sit straight up and that causes my back to hurt more. I can’t bend over because it feels like my ribs are going to explode, it’s so uncomfortable and definitely not something I would wish on anyone.😭

My baby is head down but I get your pain his feet are so far up in my ribs it hurts and very uncomfortable!

I highly suggest going to a chiropractor who specializes in pregnancy and is certified in webster technique (would be an added bonus if they know how to check baby's position, mine does!). Go as often as they reccomend as long as you can. Also, look up spinning babies and, try the moves in this video! https://youtu.be/s-szODdpg8A?feature=shared There's still time to get your baby to flip and it might take a little effort and patience but it's totally possible. Btw, my first born was breech at 33 weeks and the one I'm pregnant with right now (my 3rd) was transverse at 30 and these are things that helped encourage my babies to flip. I know that's earlier in the 3rd trimester than you guys probably are right now but I've heard of babies flipping head down even during labor so it's definitely not impossible!
