Fussy eating šŸ˜…

Has anyone got any advice for fussy eating at all? It’s gotten to the stage where my little girl only eats processed fish for dinner…..won’t even try standard toddler food. I always offer her different foods but she refuses to try. It’s getting h exhausting and I don’t know what to do when/if she refuses the fish!

I have no advice but I’m with you on this one! Mine will literally only snack & hasnt eaten a proper meal since he was 1.5 šŸ˜…

So stressful isn’t it. You always feel you’re the only one but there’s lots of super fussy kids around šŸ™ˆ mine goes through phases. I just give her the same meals she likes but change it a bit every so often so I don’t know what she has with her fish but if I’m giving mine fish fingers one day I’ll go mashed potato and carrots, next mac and cheese and cucumber with it etc - with no pressure or expectation to eat it but you are exposing them to different foods and mine eventually tries it. I’ve had to play around with different pasta shapes etc - rigatoni is the one! Also I don’t do this at the moment as it doesn’t work for us but try and eat the same meal with them. I also encourage to smell, lick, tiny bite new foods as well and that helps take the fear away a bit. But doesn’t always work - sometimes my little one will say no and just eat the bit she likes and leaves the rest. Hope that helps a bit!

Oh, my LO is the same! He just snacks and barely eats a meal.. every day, his packlunch comes home barely touched 🄓. One thing i did when he was really bad with eating was getting a cupcake tray (sounds strange, I know šŸ˜…), but in each section, I would put finger foods in.. so, like some sliced cheese in one, a few crispy bits in another, apple, ect, literally anything I think he would eat. I then just left it on the table, and he would pick at it throughout the afternoon. I feel like it took the pressure of eating away, and he would actually eat more
