Stupid question

How to know when my 4m old is hungry? I promise I stopped knowing a while ago now to the point I sometimes starve him or over feed him 😭😭😭

If he is putting fingers near his mouth Turning head from side to side Not falling asleep after 5-10 mins of soothing Rubbing eyes or face Nuzzling your chest or shoulder If it has been 1 or 2 hours since the start of the last feeding Then he might be hungry

Mine gives no signs whatsoever too and hasn’t done for ages, I just go by every 4 hours!

I've been wondering the same! His cues have stopped except one - turning his head side to side. I keep offering him milk until I realise he's fighting me cause he's full 😅😅
