Anything! I used to do cheese as it helped bind. Solid Starts is very helpful for ideas and preparation based on baby age 😊

Cheese, veggies (spinach, peppers, tomatoes) xx

You can put ham too just be cautious of the amount of salt baby has 💕💕

We do ham xx

Ham and tomato and cheese.

we do broccoli and cheese! 🧀

Pepper and tomato, cheese is our go to

Ham mushrooms tomato spinach cheese, cottage cheese . Whatever you want really

Pretty much anything as long as you know they're not allergic to it. At that age my daughter wasn't a fan of lumpy food. I would blend the veggie (red pepper, mushroom, spinich etc) and mix it with the egg to make an omelet.

I used to grate vegetables to put in omelettes when my LG was 7 months x

Chopped leeks, so yummy!

My guy likes spinach and cheese or carrot and cheese! His favourite is the carrot I just chop up carrot in our food processor and then add eggs and cheese mix it all together and it’s honestly one of his favourite meals! Only way I can get him to eat carrot Tho 😝
