What helps with nausea?

First trimester and I just recently started being nauseous 24/7 and it’s so bad I can hardly get myself to eat and I’ve been crying from how horrible I’ve been feeling. Has anyone else tried these before ? Do you think they can help ?

I haven't tried those, but I eat ginger chews for nausea. A common brand is Gin-Gins, but there are many different ones out there, and they are not very expensive.

Never tried them but my bestfriend recommended the preggie pops to me today and I’m definitely going to get them tomorrow. With my son I did try something like the bands and they didn’t work for me

For my last 2 pregnancies, I have taken a unisom tab every night in the first and second trimesters and had zero nausea. I was miserable before I started taking them.

Try both! Try everything if it's bad! B6 helps, zofran, ginger, cloves, both of these work. When I first had it in 2014 I needed sugar so bad right now I still need sugar but not super sugary! I was able to detox from my sugary palatte. I still enjoy sugar just in moderation now. 7-11 slurpees are something nauseous pregnant women enjoy. Ice water helps me!! They make these really cool flavored electrolytes now You can get them an individual packages some liquid IVs taste really good! Lemonade is favorite And you can sweeten it to your liking or buy it in the store as sweet as you'd like it to be. I run a support group on here for nausea. It's an active group lots of good information. Tons of new information to post and some stuff to repeat! I'll send the link if you want to join.

I really encourage you to start making a list of safe foods. For future health and if your trying to conceive any time in the future a safe foods list will be helpful. Monitor when you can and can't tolerate certain foods and portion size to not feeling well or feeling ok or good.
