Has anyone taken and NOT passed their glucose test? What happens after?

Typically if you fail the 30 min test, they’ll have you do a 3 hour test next. If you fail that, then typically it’s diet changes and insulin if needed

You'll have to check your blood sugar before eating & after and make diet changes. If your number still look bad, they'll likely put you on insulin and do weekly nonstress tests and ultrasounds to determine if it's best for baby to be born earlier. At least that's what happened with my first, and he was born at 37 weeks as my numbers were out of control even with diet changes and insulin.
