@Jane this is this first time I noticed it. This morning I asked him what time his sleep mode goes on. He said from midnight to 6am... All I said was interesting. Didn't mention it being on before that time or anything. Just gathered my info and shut my mouth lol

I think just be honest. That’s been bothering you. And if he has nothing to hide then he should give it willingly. If he comes defensive saying oh you don’t trust me? And you can say I would like some reassurance.
@Jane the crazy thing is he will be defensive. Like today I walk in the bedroom he's still in bed on his phone. I see the screen flash on his face and switch to something else. And I sat beside him. He goes. I don't trust you. Why did you just do that. Like what come lay next to you come on. I'm not stupid

Just ask for his phone while you are having breakfast or something. If he doesn't want to give it to you, your suspicion will be confirmed. Sneaking and looking will only get your feelings hurt if you find what you are looking for.
