Maternity allowance
Sending off my forms for maternity allowance and i need to send my original MATB1 not a photocopy. I just wondered do they send this back or shall i keep a photocopy of it for my own records ? Confused as what to do😅

They always say to photocopy for your own copy and partners work.
Yea I have both my jobs a photo copy and they accepted it fine . I kept main copy in case they lost it and needed another one
My work kept the original and gave me a photocopy so I'd do it this way round. She said they needed the original to sort it all out x
