I’m the same. I dropped to 108 due to severe vomiting & now I’m 130 (26 weeks)
I’ve gained about 7 pounds so far up to this point and my doctor isn’t worried about me not gaining enough. I was 155 before I was pregnant and I’m 163 now. My husband is only 5’5 tho
20 lbs at 26 weeks is great! At 25 weeks I had gained 14. My doctor keeps saying 25-30 lbs for whole pregnancy. I’m 5’8 and usually 135-140 lbs pre pregnancy with athletic build and my husband is 6’8.
I’ve lost 20 lbs overall (and I wasn’t overweight to begin, just normal) so far and not one of my midwives has been concerned for either of us. Baby is growing a week ahead. It really depends on your body and the baby. I wouldn’t be worried. I take tallow pills to up my fat intake and I also try to add in yogurt, cream cheese, avocado etc
I’ve gained about 35lbs and I’m at 27 weeks. Hoping majority of that is baby, placenta, amniotic etc etc
Started pregnancy at 112 and I’m now about 128 (so roughly 15 pounds) and I’m 28 weeks! With my first baby I was pretty much the same as this time! Ended that pregnancy around 135, and within a few months I was back down to 112 again. Everything was perfectly healthy 😊
Please don't worry! Your body knows how much to gain! 25 to 35 lbs the entire pregnancy. You have 14 weeks left and if you can 1lb a week your total weight gain would be 34lbs. Even if you gain an average of .5 a lb you will be at 27lbs so again still in the average. Also know that these are averages and really aren't a must have gain.
