Giving birth when you already have a baby

Ok so I am set for my c section on January 3rd. And at that time my son will be 10 months. How did other Irish twin parents deal with giving birth and being separated from your older baby. I am having a lot of emotions and anxiety about it. And today the person I had to watch my son when I have my c section just backed out. So now I might have to give birth by myself and have no support person at the hospital with my most of my stay. I am very stressed about this. I have no family close by me and don’t have a lot of friends. So I have no one to watch my son so my husband can be at the birth. And I have 23 days to figure this out or I will be doing it all on my own. The hospital also said that my husband cat bring my son to the hospital to visit and I am having separation anxiety.
