Sleep & tiredness

Exhausted

currently 19 weeks pregnant and I have a 6 month old. I’m so so so exhausted. I feel so guilty because all I want to do is sleep but I’m a SAHM so I can’t do that but I also have like no energy to really do much with my 6 month old. Does it get easier or will I constantly feel this way?

Baby sleep

Naps

Looking for a bit of advice (thinking ahead of time) - I have a 2.5 year old (doesn’t nap anymore) but I have a 12 month old and 7 week old, they’re 11 months apart, and it suddenly occurred to me that once my youngest is 6/7 months and in a set 2 naps a day morning and afternoon how do people actually go out in the day? As he’ll be napping twice a day and then my 12 month old does 1 big nap in the middle of the day, so atleast one of my kids will be napping morning, noon and afternoon, how do people do it and get out each day hahaha? X

Signed from a mum who likes to get out for hers and the kids sanity each day🤣

Nighttime Support

To those who have gone through the first year or two of having Irish twins. What kind of support did you have at nighttime? My husband and I are thinking of sleeping separate, he’ll take care of our now 11 month old and I’ll take care of the newborn. Any other systems that seemed to work for you guys?

Advice

I’m pregnant with my second, who is due 2 weeks before my firsts birthday. I know this is a common feeling but I’m having a really hard time mourning the loss of more one on one time with my first. What helps? Any advice as far as what to expect or how to help my first with the transition?
