Glucose test

I've had them with each pregnancy so three times and always felt fine afterwards and carried the day on as normal

I was all okay after and went back to work🙂

I’ve done mine and was wondering the same but was completely fine

it’s different for everyone , i was horrific after but i think that was because i scoffed my face after the test was over so spent the rest of the day dealing with the consequences!! just make sure to drink lots of water after and im sure you’ll be fine xx

I've had them done twice and was completely fine both times. Went back to work.. (Also don't book it off as annual leave. Take it as sick if needed!!)

Same as others I was completely fine and I didn’t mind the drink either 🤣

Mine made me really unwell I couldn’t have worked afterwards so for sure will be different for everyone

I had no after effects…. I just needed caffeine and food after and I was good to go lol

No issues here - but it did take a huge amount of time out of my day.

I felt a bit wobbly and sick during the hour wait, but was fine after I had something to eat after the second blood test❤️

I felt rough after mine!

I went to sleep for 4 hours

I felt rubbish after mine and didn’t go back to work

I projectile vomited within 10 minutes of the drink 😅 which set me up for the day! I had hyperemisis in my pregnancy so I think the drink on an empty stomach set me off!

I felt absolutely fine - more waiting around than anything.
