Need advice- voyeurism

I just found out my husband secretly did voyeurism into one of his friend's wife. They live all together due to work related. He comes home every weekend. He admitted that he got addicted to porn and just watching it wasnt enough so he did this crime against his friend's wife. They used to all live together for five years and this jusy happened now. He has ongoing case for this. He's attending counsel as well and very apologetic about it. We just had a baby this year as well. Voyeurism happened when I was pregnant. Should I give him a chance? What are the odds that he will do it again or other forms of cheating? This is the first time it happened since we're together for almost 10 yrs. Im afraid of people being judgemental about this issue as we all have circle of friends in the town we live in. Im also afraid that worst case, something might happen to my daughter which mostly my husband wont do it but I never even expected him to do this crime in the first place. I feel like I didnt know him at all.

So it sounds like this was not consensual with the other couple? Just making sure because sometimes people invite people to watch them if that’s their kink. so just clarifying If this was non consensual then this is a form of sexual assault and I would 100% not be comfortable with him around kids until he has gotten help. He needs therapy because there is a huge difference between watching porn and watching someone in real life without their knowledge/consent.

Are you sure it’s the first time he’s done something this shady or is the first time he got caught

Absolutely not it's a form of sexual assault to record someone unknowingly or watch them without their consent. If found guilty in court he will be on the sex offenders register for life. As much as you want to trust he won't hurt your daughter he is a sexual predator so I personally would be cutting ties and supervision for contact between them at all times.
