Secondhand SNOO issues??

I’ve heard with the new SNOO app it might not be possible to set up a new account and app subscription with a used SNOO. Does anyone know anything about this?? We used a SNOO with baby 1 and were about to buy another second hand one for baby 2 but I’m worried now! Thanks

@Annabelle Ok so maybe it’s helpful if I tell you what I’ve learned…the app issue is fixed but you pay £25 per month for the app as a second owner rather than it being included in the price. Also - we bought a snoo for baby 1 a couple of years ago and found several on ebay for £450 ish which had only had one previous owner. Now it seems like one previous owner = £700-800, and the ones going for £400 ish could have any number of previous owners and could need repair at any point. We’ve decided to hire one this time if snoos have lost their resale value, this looks like £600 for 6 months but at least that includes delivery, accessories and no faff / risks of buying and selling after!
