This happens to me all the time. It just depends on how much LH hormone you produce and how much it can detect. Some months are lower so it detects sooner some months are higher soo it detects quicker.
Thank you for your reply! So I assume I should just do the deed today and the next 2 days? I really thought I ovulated late in my cycle so this has thrown me! My app suggests peak day isn’t till Tuesday as well!
Yeah definitely start now for the next 2-3 days. After doing the tests for a few cycles you’ll realise when you ovulate and automatically start baby dancing around that time.
Yes, I get a quick surge. Where it suddenly goes dark and then light again, I don’t get a gradual darkening of tests. I always used the cheap strip tests.
I’ve also had this before with those tests, I started to do ovulation strips alongside it to make sure I wasn’t missing days x
That can be normal, it's called rapid onset of lh i believe
Thanks everyone!!
That happened to me when I tracked ovulation to conceive my first child. When I tracked to conceive my second child, I was using easy at home strips alongside clear blue, I learnt that I have a really fast rise and peak, negative strip in the morning and a positive or near positive by the same evening.
