False MC?

TW: MC 4 weeks ago today I had a MC. Before that they couldn’t see baby. They told me I’m high risk of MC. Which happened. I haven’t had sex since the miscarriage but shows this? Is there anything ? I might just have line eyes but I’m scared. As my stomach has been hurting at the top and bottom.
