Omg yes, my little boy is soo fussy at mealtimes lately, throwing everything of the high chair, shouting at me and refusing to try things! No advice but I can totally sympathise 😅

Mine just eats anything with yoghurt 🙈

@Shannon what do you do if he won’t try anything? Will you offer something else or do you just accept that he’s not eaten what you’ve given him?

I just accept that he’s not eaten and usually offer the same food again when he gets a bit grouchy (because he’s usually hungry) it’s 50-50 weather he eats it or not second time round but worst case is I offer him a bottle. I’m trying not to offer alternative foods because I don’t want him thinking that a kick off = nicer food 🤷‍♀️ but I’m no expert!

He also tends to be more receptive to food when he’s not in his high chair, so sometimes we have a picnic in the living room 😅

If we’re having a bad day I’ll offer her a pouch just so she’s eaten something as my little one isn’t that bothered or keen on her milk anymore and a food pouch does the trick x

Yes!! We are going through the same. She used to be such a good eater but now she won't eat anything other than pouches or bananas 🫠 mealtimes are becoming super stressful x
