Announcing pregnancy

I posted mine on Christmas, I was waiting until I was 2 months & for had ultrasound pictures

We plan to do it after we find out gender since it will be past 13 weeks out of the danger zone

We announced as soon as we found out as it was a blessing to have a big support system last time we had a miscarriage and it helps a lot to have mental and emotional support now each time I do a bumpdate (showing early due to subsequent pregnancy) and get to see baby again on my OBs handheld I can talk to friends and family about it and get mental and emotional support. Normally I would wait until the first trimester is over but not this time

I am only 5 weeks and I feel like I'll tell my parents at 6/7 weeks because I'll be visiting them and they would know something's up when i refuse alcohol and outwardly feel like shit. I'd like some support and i can't lie to EVERYONE around me 🥴. Other than immediate family, I have a feeling I'll wait till 4/5 months in so that a baby shower could happen because that sounds a good source of support. I'm a private/shy/loner person to begin with.

We are telling our close family and friends privately and choosing not to share on socials. My plan is to share it next year when I do a 2025 recap

Not until the end of the first trimester so Feb 1? My husband wants to tell his parents for his dad’s bday Jan 30.

We told my husband’s parents because we were at their house and I was so tired I could barely function. Lol it was pretty obvious. We will otherwise announce it after the NIPT test around 12 weeks. I think I made it to like 11 1/2 weeks last time.

We plan on announcing February 3rd when we hit 13 weeks.

Planning to do a Valentine’s Day announcement (around 14 weeks). ❤️Just told our parents and siblings on Jan 1st!
