Please put your name on it
I’m not on our loan. But I’m on the deed.
@SquishyMommy1 I think that’s what we did too
@SquishyMommy1 okkk makes more sense not the loan but the deed
@Raven🇵🇸 I'm understanding more now! I couldn't get on the loan but I definitely can the deed
Your income will matter more then your credit most likely. You should meet with your banks loan officers to get the details about what you can to do ensure you have the best approval ratings for your situation. Also applying to the right type of loan for you matters alot. My partner and I have perfect credit but actually had a low chance of approval due to not having 2 credit lines each. We each had 1 credit card with perfect history but they want more generally 🤦🏽♀️
@Samantha I've always been a stay at home mom so I don't have any income lol we are getting a va and first time home owner loans he's like 100% in the know of what's going on and I'm 95% lost lmao
Yes you should. I didn’t have great credit when we bought our first house but my husband still put my name on it and I don’t think my credit ended up really mattering. But you want your name on the house, you never know what can happen.
