You have perfumes and beauty products you sell, you get 50% of every product sold. You can work to earn passive income too, or you don't have to at all. It's all your choice. But you can earn yourself nice extra income per month either way, with passive or active earnings.

I work 2 days in the office and 2 days at home. Daughter is with me the 2 days I work from home in an office manager. She is quite well behaved so doesn’t affect teams calls etc. MIL keeps her 2days in office
