Her posting that is extremely immature and I would also be mad if mine were posting photos of my son without checking first. But I am also curious why you didn't want to use the set she got, and I do feel like perhaps she deserve even a vague explanation. Maybe you didn't want her to spend that much money, she could have taken it back; or if it didn't work/fit in your car etc, I could see not using it. But if you are just electing not to use it because she gave it to you, I think you're just adding more fuel to her fire. It's not terribly difficult to get a restraining order, it usually takes two unwanted events on her part that you can loosely prove. Because she did not name you here or include a picture of you, this isn't quite slander according to the law I don't believe. I think you also have to consider how that can affect your relationship with your husband as well or maybe he agrees with you.
Why are you even in contact with someone so toxic, cut them out of your life and move on xx (hubby and child can go see when they want but you don’t need to be there)
@Lacey when she got it for free by someone I told her that I already had one my mom got me from my baby shower it was not from a garage sale I told her before my son was even born she knew we weren’t going to be using it .

@Pia that’s the thing I’m not in contact with her ! Nor is my husband! I’ve gotten sent everything she just won’t leave me alone I haven’t talked to her since my son was 3 months old he’s not about to be 7 months
@Gemma she actually got it for free my mom is the one who got me one brand new . She knew before my son was born we weren’t going to use it . It’s just another thing to say about me . This isn’t the only bashing post she has made about me as well there’s maybe 6 or 7

If I had the money I'd fund you to take her to court, win or loose for a restraining order, she needs to be call tf out and calm down.. but I don't have the money 😬

Jeez what a thing to post online, if she wanted to sell it she didn't need to write all your business on the ad. 😮💨 When she gave it to you did you let her know you didn't want it? Or that it wasn't compatible? Maybe she could have got a refund if it was new.
