You might not actually end up being poorly and even if you are you won’t necessarily pass it on. And even if you do, babies are pretty robust little things and if they catch a cold they will be absolutely fine. My little girl (who is now 7 months) has had a few bugs this year and is absolutely fine. If she does get poorly you can ring the GP or 111 if you are worried and they will pretty much fast track you an appointment! Are you breastfeeding? Because if you are you can pass on any antibodies to her.
I’ve just got over a cold and my baby (5 weeks) seems to have avoided it. I washed my hands very often, didn’t kiss her and I breastfeed so apparently that helps pass on antibodies xx
Random question when was baby born because same mine is too xx
