Yes. I'll send you a picture of the sticks I used . I got them off Amazon. The instructions are pretty clear. Just pee and wait and jump on your man ,lol. I used Ashwagandha and a prenatal for about a month. The ashwagandha made me very relaxed . Which made it easier to conceive.

Apps like this are pretty useless. If your cycle is VERY consistent, you can probably pretty reliably guess that you'll ovulate 14 days before your expected period. And your fertile window is 5 days before that. But that's still a very rough guess. As others have said, the only real way to tell is to test LH and/or basal body temp. Ignore the app.
Get ovulation sticks and pee on them every day of your fertile window or the highest 3 days. I did that got pregnant after one try 😅 We have been trying for quite a while.
