My first pregnancy mine was 129, this pregnancy mine was 124. At my OB, the guidelines are less than 130. When i only passed by 1 point last time she said “a pass is a pass, don’t worry about it or think twice about it” So i think you’re good!! Of course you should be mindful of what you are eating and not overdo it with the food or weight gain but you don’t have gestational diabetes so keep on keeping on!
I will have my test in about 3 weeks. My doctor told me not to eat too carb heavy that day or it might be off. Have you eaten a lot before that could have spiked it? I'm not experienced, so I'm just guessing. But you're still under so you seem fine! 😉
Mine was 116, and my doc says anything over 135 is a positive. Personally I think if you’re close to the cutoff or on the cusp you should watch the diet a little bit - my doctor was not of the mind that “ a pass is a pass” and being one point off from not passing is a sign to back off the sweets even if your not technically positive. Girlfriend of mine was one point off - ate sugars like normal and was induced for a HUGE baby.
@TK I did eat two sugary granola bars before going in. Didn’t realize they had so much sugar until after the test when I checked. They were suppose to be healthier ones. & honestly my sons bday had been on Christmas and he got an ice cream cake. I had finished the rest of it because it became one of my cravings so a piece a day. Besides that I really haven’t been eating much sugar. Just indulging in any craving I want like Mexican food or whatever dinner sounds good that day. Mostly salty things.
