What should I do

My son has a doctors appointment in 2 days which I have canceled today because this morning I received a text saying figure it out on your own from now on from his grandparents I am homeless putting every penny to our names into a hotel to keep a roof on out heads we do not have a car and are located on a main highway we cannot walk there and they've dropped us clean on top of it they still expect us to be okay with them taking him for the weekends and seeing him but seem to not give a damn about his well being as they know I can't get him to appointments on my own what do I do I can't even afford a bus pass and the rides hares require money too nothing is free and I was dropped this last minute 😢
