@Stephanie I was looking at sea life as he is obsessed with fish and his favourite films are finding nemo and dory but I feel like a lot of them are short and have terrible fish 💙
I’ll be honest I haven’t been but a friend of mine has been 3+ times since having her boy 10 months ago and she said it was amazing and keeps going back so I assume it can’t be that bad lol here’s hoping! Plus will probably find somewhere to go for dinner after to make a day of it
@Stephanie oh I hope it’s amazing for you, Birmingham is nearly 2 hours away from us and I’d hate to drive there and not be worth it, I was thinking Blackpool zoo or something I just don’t know 😩I just want to try and make his first birthday as magical as possible xx
I’ll ask my sister in law as she’s from Liverpool and has 2 small nieces still there she might know of some good ideas! I’ll let you know if she can think of anything! X
My sister in law said there’s lots of soft plays in Liverpool or she said there’s a sea life on the Wirral but I’m assuming that one is small from what you said. She also said Chester zoo is great for any age or there is windmill farm in Burscough which has farm animals soft play and a little train - she said it’s not huge but good for a few hours for little ones! Hope you manage to find something fun to do! X
My girls birthday is on a Sunday so we’re going to spend the day in Brighton on the Saturday (beach, walk around, into town, lunch etc) stay there the night and then go to Sea Life on her bday 🫶🏼
@Stephanie awe thank you so much, that is really appreciated 🩷I will have a little look into those I have never heard of some of them
@Ellie yeah my little boys is also on a Sunday so it’s hard because a lot of places shut earlier than usual but that sounds amazing xx
I’m taking mine to sea life in Birmingham with grandparents for the day and then I’ll probably arrange a small play date with a few friends and their babies which my baby is friends with on another day where I’ll just do a few snacky foods that shouldn’t cost too much!
