I WANT TO CRY

MY BODY HURTS SO MUCH MY PERIOD WHICH I THOUGHT STARTED TODAY (I HAD STARTED BLEEDING THEN FOR THE REST OF THE DAY NOTHING) I'M SO FEED UP......IVE HAD TO WAIT MONTHS FOR AN OBGYN APPOINTMENT JUST FOR MY INSURANCE TO TANK. FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS IS BEEN SUPER LIGHT OR EXTREMELY SPOTTY. I'M SO UNCOMFORTABLE ALL THE TIME I CAN'T STAND THESE DOCS CAUSE ALL THEY EVER WANT TO SHOVE AT YOU IS BIRTH CONTROL WHICH IS THE WORST THING FOR MY BODY. I EVEN TOLD MY DOC IK YOU CAN GIVE ME SOMETHING TO START MY PERIOD IDC HOW MUCH IT COST. HE ABSOLUTELY IGNORED ME AND TRIED TO SHOVE BIRTH CONTROL AT ME AGAIN WHILE IGNORING EVERYTHING ELSE I SAID. I CURRENTLY HAVE BEEN JUST CRYING CAUSE THIS ISN'T FAIR....I JUST CAN'T DEAL WITH ALL THE ISSUES PCOS COMES WITH.

Oh girl, that sounds absolutely miserable. I’ve dealt with similar issues and it sucks so much. So much worse when doctors and insurance are no fking help. I was able to balance out my hormones herbally. I got desperate after being without decent insurance and was willing to try whatever. I used homemade mixes (this was like 10 years ago) but for an easy to buy product, the best I’ve been able to find is Elix tinctures. Post miscarriage two years ago I used it to sort out my hormones/period and I’d use it again in a heartbeat. It got my period to every 28 days with 3-4 days normal bleeding within 2 cycles. I will forever sing its praises. Might be worth a shot

@Mimie I can find my old book. I used Rosemary Gladstars book Herbal Healing for Women. I can find the recipe and send pics tomorrow. Otherwise if you want something super easy to take, try Elix. @Emily will this help with extremely heavy bleeding? Bc works for controlling it but I have to remind myself to take it and I don’t think my doctor will prescribe it to me since I got my tubes tied.
