Depending on what you are wanting to do you will for sure need the Cricut machine as well as weeding tools. You will also need the mats and if you want to use the draw feature you will need the correct pens for your machine. Then you will need your vinyl there is removable permanent and htv which is heat transfer. If you are using htv you will also need some sort of heat press.
Get the Maker! I just upgraded and I spent years wishing I had started with the maker rather than settling for the Explore
That's definitely a great starter bundle! From there you could determine what projects or material you wanted to work with more and then invest. I might if I were you google some great beginner Cricut projects and see if vinyl, or paper crafting, or mugs, etc is your jam
