I also have a almost 2 year old i do pick her up but that’s the heaviest i lift my bby is jus 17 pounds she a little thing
@Ciara okay that makes me feel so much better. Did they say if you would get anything extra done during the pregnancy to keep an eye on it or anything like that.
No she said only would get extra if she notice it’s growning
@Ciara okay thank you. So far I’ve had 2 ultrasounds and the tech said it looks smaller but I still have spotting from it which I guess is causing me to worry. My son is 40lbs and likes being carried but I’m so scared to pick him up.
I still have spottin an some cramping my doctor said don’t worry unless it’s heavy bleeding so i have been trying to not worry
I had this with my daughter. I ended up being on pelvic rest until like 12 weeks but did still pick up my 15 pound dog. And your body is used to lifting your baby so it should be fine just don't do it more than needed or try sitting rather than walking, etc. Mine cleared up and was fine but it was sooo stressful. Hang in there!
Hi! I had a subchronic hemotoma - went to the ER bc I was bleeding a lot, ER doctor didn’t say anything about pelvic rest, just no sex or putting anything in my vagina. My doctor called the next day, she said you can take it easy and moderate exercise was fine. Had my ultrasound 2 weeks later and everything was normal! Doctor was also nonchalant about it and said i don’t need to change any activity. Was still spotting, but they should be able to tell you if the hemotoma is still there. Everything online contradicts itself too! Stopped spotting now at 9wks, feel your pain bc nothing is clear!
@Kiki i totally agree when i was reading online they was all so negative saying it wouldn’t get better i havent had a ultrasound since the ER but i still have some brown spotting every now an again i still haven’t been doin any heavy lifting
Subchronic hemorrhage i was told i have the samething my ob said the placenta most likely attached to scarred tissue from my previous c section she told me everytime i get a ultrasound she will monitor the size unless she see it growing or unless im in extreme pain or having lots of bleeding she is not worried they usually resolve it self
