Trying to conceive

Mama’s need some help with calculations, I’m trying to conceive. I use two different calculators (a basal thermometer calculator, and a period tracker app which also lets me know my ovulation day.) In addition I use ovulation test strips. So here’s my confusion. My cycle is typically 24 days, the date of my last period was on 12/31. If I Google an ovulation calculator it says my ovulation day was yesterday 1/9….but according to my apps I’m not “supposed” to ovulate until 1/13 and the other app says 1/16. Also my discharge/cervical mucus …whatever you call it has been very thick and coming out rapidly in the morning…sorry if that’s TMI. I used the ovulation test strips all week too and it says I haven’t ovulated yet. What information should I go by?

Honestly no tracking app can really tell you when you ovulate everyone is different. Your best bet is determining by your discharge. It took us just trying every two or three days to finally get pregnant because it was so hard to determine when I was ovulating.

Thanks for answering!
