Ovulating late?

For context, I’m size 18uk so alittle bigger, trying for my second child. My first born was an accident with my ex so this is my first time fully trying. Up until the past few months my period has been pretty regular and then all of a sudden I’m late every month, I’m sure I’m ovulating later than normal but I’m not sure why? Anyone got any advice, hints or tips to help get it back to normal? Or that might help me conceive? Thank you.

Charting will really help you figure out what’s up with your cycles. So tracking ovulation with opks, learning about and observing cervical mucus and possibly tracking basal body temperature to confirm you are actually ovulating. The opks will also help you time sex better to make sure you’re actually giving yourself a fair chance each month. In the meantime One major thing that can delay ovulation is stress. But as long as you are able to figure out when you ovulate and time sex right (5 days up to and including ovulation) the ovulation happening late isn’t necessarily a problem
