You're not the only one - all of the June/July/August babies in my antenatal group are doing the same thing ATM!! You're not alone, and you're not doing anything wrong. It's all gone to shit haha! But it is temporary!
So Iāve actually gone to a sleep consultant this time as my first was like this and still is bad with sleeping. Within 2 days of the plan; heās sleeping independently and puts himself to sleep within 2 mins and no crying. We also ditched the dummy. Heās now in his own room and sleeping through. I work from home with a demanding job so this was my only option so I could work and have him home too. Iād really recommend it x
6 month regression!
I know how exhausting it is as I went through this for around 2 months for the ā4 month regressionā - literally was a walking zombie and definitely wasnāt the best version of myself! How old is your LO? Iāve heard thereās another regression at around 6 months due to them developing new skills and I honestly donāt know how I will survive if it lasts just as long. Possibly teething maybe? Or uncomfortable in any other way for example temp? The only thing that got me through those 2 months was acknowledging that itās temporary and it will pass. They are still so young and figuring it all out. Wishing you the best of luck and hope it gets better soon!
