Does anybody know what’s going on with my girl cheeks ? It’s like a large white spot on both her cheeks that’s getting bigger by the day .

I’m guessing out break or she have sensitive skin what kind of lotion do you use or soap
Definitely get her seen i don't know what they could be but best to be safe than sorry call her Pediatrician for sure
