High resting high rate
Just entered my 2nd trimester with DCDA twins. My resting HR feels so high, can feel my heart banging in my chest , is this normal ? Countered 91bpm

Check your iron levels, can be a anemia symptom
When I was pregnant mine used to get to 120-140 lol I went to the ER once to make sure I wasn't dying but I had tachycardia prior so it just exasperated thing but ultimately I was fine.
