Ate alcoholic dish! Will baby be okay?

Hey girl not to worry, your baby will definitely be ok! I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd daughter back in May and legit the night before I found out I was pregnant I went out to dinner with my best friend and I ordered 3 alcoholic drinks. My daughter was just born on December 29, 2024 and was vaginally delivered and completely healthy so those alcoholic drinks never harmed her! Please rest assured your baby will be totally ok and I always told myself to never beat myself up about not knowing I was pregnant until the day after I had alcoholic drinks. Please don’t beat yourself up about things you can’t control, everything will be ok mama!! Congrats to you on your beautiful blessing!!!!! 🥰🫶🏻🩵🩷

hey i’ve been a cook my whole life and went to culinary school! any alcohol mixed into sauces etc are cooked out at high temperatures and won’t affect you. It’s mostly for the taste but there isn’t enough to intoxicate you. you and baby are okay!! congratulations by the way 🥳
