We've got a gp call on allergens Tuesday then I plan to introduce those every 3 days, will be increasing textures of the veg already had and combining with others plus adding herbs / spices. Also starting with well cooked finger food like carrot. Using Ella's kitchen and Joe Wicks books for inspiration!
Mix veg first then move onto fruit, that’s what HV recommended to me!
When I weaned my daughter 3 years ago I then began to combine vegetables, then introduced fruits, then the allergens like egg, peanut butter etc. By that point she was eating whatever we were having but mashed up and no added salt etc. will be doing the same with my son!
