Feeling guilty
It was a hard decision but I’m still contemplating whether I should throw a 1st birthday party for my baby boy. I’ll still be celebrating his day but not going all out. Any advice??🥺

Bring him to one of those toddler play places, and do a smash cake with lots of balloons and games something intimate for you guys and of course PICTURES. That’s what we’re doing
Staycation somewhere that has fun for kids activities like a nearby aquarium or an indoor pool at the hotel. Make it an open invitation for others to come celebrate with you guys if they want to but no expectations. Don’t get anything but a cake to share or a tray of cupcakes. That way you’re keeping it super casual, about your family, and inexpensive.
We aren’t doing anything special at all to be honest. We’re gonna do probably a special bath time (she loves water) and that’s probably it. It’s time to celebrate intimately as a family for us 😊
