Going on holiday - solids?

We are going to Antalya, Turkey this week and a bit worried on what to feed LO. We are staying at an all inclusive for 3 nights and the last night near the airport. He has 3 meals a day but not sure how I can get groceries or if restaurants will have food with so salt or sugar for him? Thinking of getting loads of Ella’s pouches for him for the week. Any advice??? Appreciated 😭😭

He can have sugar just not honey. And salt is fine in moderation. Just don’t feed him bacon and fries for every meal and it will be fine, it’s only 3 days. Enjoy! Give him foods you’d never normally have.

We’re just back from all inclusive in Egypt. The baby ate more than I thought! Mashed a little with a fork but banana, beans, rice, stews, endless yoghurts x

I’ve just got back from a week in Lanzerote. We ordered a bunch of Ella’s pouches and utilised the all inclusive buffet for fruit only to try and keep our finger food routine going. All worked out for us ok. Pouches weren’t our desired option but it definitely helped take the stress off weaning xx

I’d take some pouches just in case but sure at an all in there will be breakfast items like banana and plain yogurt. Breads. Foods to mash at lunch and dinner 🥑🥕🥔
