@Carrie nice grounding work, it's nice to be guided!
@Isabelle I have a hard time finding guided meditations I like tho. I prefer quided visualizations but the ones I find are a lil to ..... Christian.
@Carrie same I like guided meditations, my mind will wander!!!
My favorite is in a park (closest I can get to nature in a city), preferably barefoot in the grass or on a rock. (Even in the winter 😁) It's okay for your mind to wander when meditating. I've found the trick is not going too far down the road of a particular thought. (Ex: not getting up and scheduling the appointment you just remembered you need to schedule) Allow the thought to float around, but don't attach yourself to it. I also like visualization meditations, where I close my eyes and pretend I'm at the beach, laying under the stars on a warm night, etc. Creating a detailed image, including sensations like the warmth of the sun on my skin.
@Chrissy I agree ♡ A nice grounding walk in nature is the ideal setting. Meditiation is like talking with your body. Sometimes it can get loud & most times it is quiet and relaxed. I love having some me time to just reflect! I notice the visual meditations are still a popular technique. So many styles to choose from, so much to learn!
Guided meditations are great. You can also record some with playing me meditation in the background. Today's full moon is a great time to practice.
@Aku Wellness 💚💚💚 Happy full moon in cancer!!! What is me meditation?
Thank you Isabelle, my apologies, I meant record yourself playing meditation sound in the background.
@Aku Wellness 💚💚💚 oh yes, I will practice this more this year! I have a spotify where it pushed me to record with my sound healing tools. So far, I like the sounds of my tibetan & crystal singing bowls & the tingsha bells for yoga practice. What do you like to use to heal with? I am beginner in collecting.
@Isabelle Upful rising everyone. Yess I love, those sound very healing. I love using food, music, dance, sound bowls, meditation, self love and more. I am also very intentional with everything I do. You can follow me on my social as well. Facebook: Aku Well TikTok: AkuWlelnessHealth Instagram: AkuWell. I look forward to connecting more.
I usually do breathing techniques while in bed, or some yoga. I used to journal, but not as often anymore
I don't have time to fully bullet journal anymore. So I printed out a simple tracker that I can put a few things I like to track and just color in the squares when I do the things!
@Aku Wellness 💚💚💚 Thank you, I try ♡ I am bellescreationsllc on IG: https://www.instagram.com/bellescreationsllc?igsh=MWh1M2tpdjZwaTF3Nw==
@Zii I would love to be able to stay a little longer in bed for this practice. I see alot of yogis recommend it online. Take it slow upon waking up! Life is chaotic enough ♡ journaling is life for me. I do this regularly. Write anything, it doesn't have to be prompted!

I like guided meditations before bed. And when the weather is nice I make sure to get 10-20 min out on the hammock with my bare feet in the grass.
