Periods PP
TMI buuut What are we using PP for our periods? (Nighttime wise) I use ultra size tampons at night but find my period is sooo heavy now that I get up at least twice during the night to change it the first few days and sometimes even have to shower in the middle of the night because I bleed thru so much😩 is this normal? Should I be going to see my doctor?? Lol I feel like I didn’t even bleed this much fresh PP

Have you tried a menstrual cup? Make sure you wait to use one until sex is no longer painful (I didn't wait that long and ouch!) but then they're great! Get a larger size and you'll probably only have to empty once in the night rather than twice. I also use bamboo reusable pads in case my cup leaks.
I like period pants for night time but PP I have leaked through those, tampon and period pants might be okay if you dislike pads, im looking at getting a new cup now too but just need to do some research 🤪x

I hate pads, but I used to have to do a tampon then large pad to catch if I bled in the night.
