At first i started with puree for a month and than started on a bit of solid food small portions my lo is 7 months

My LO has just turned 10 months so just trying to think back. I used to pure vegetables and freeze them in ice cube trays then defrost when needed. Just pick two veggies and cook and pure them with nothing added. Cooked veggie sticks if u want to do finger food Ellas kitchen melty sticks - just make sure there's no milk in as some have it. He loves Ella's kitchen coconut yoghurt banana flavour pouches Pre made pure pouches but again check for milk Now that he's a bit older we do Avacado on toast strip - no butter Pasta with vegan cream cheese Beans Scrambled eggs with oat milk or his formula Weatabix with oat milk or his formula He loves berries on the side of his meal of as a snack Sainsbury have a good dairy free range

brilliant Thank you so much everyone xx

I started with puréed veg I made myself; there was some Ella’s kitchen pouches that were milk free. But then I started to batch cook a rotation of chicken/fish/beef with veg (I’d try to do 5 potato/sweet potato/pea/mushroom/courgette/pepper/leek/tomato etc) and then either rice or lentils/orzo. Then add a bit of oat milk to make it creamier, then blitzed it to a an age appropriate consistency. Porridge for breakfast, oatly oatgurt was a win I’d buy the plain one and mix in a fruit puree pouch. Wheatabix also.
