Who else can relate ?

My toddler (2yr old boy) is such a picky eater . He loves to snack but when it comes to dinner he’ll only eat fries , Sandwiches, spaghetti and chicken(sometimes) 😵‍💫. When does the pickiness stop 🤦🏽‍♀️?

Honestly hunny idk, my son’s going to be five this year and he eats fries, nuggets, pbj, rice, sandwiches, and other little plain stuff like that. No veggies no fruit, won’t try new things. He starts school and I’m worried about him starving there. Because he doesn’t eat at normal times here either. He’ll eat when he’s hungry which can be maybe two times a day with little snacks in between

I'm 28 and still picky.. started venturing out when I was like 20

When u start the little one’s young w the poor eating & junk food, it’s gonna b hard 2 get them on track. Start swapping the unhealthy food & snacks w healthy & nutritious meals & snacks. If he likes chocolate, give him strawberries & Nutella. If he likes snacks, get him potato chips w low sodium & nutrition bars/protein bars & other healthier snacks. If he loves fast food take him to a restaurant instead & eat pizza instead of McDonald’s. Ik of a kid that has a bad liver bc his parents only fed him junk food & fast food his whole childhood. He won’t eat good food now & his parents don’t know what 2 do.

Try spicing things up in the kitchen 2! If you want him 2 eat better, give him better choices. You have 2 help expand his taste buds! There’s so much on youtube & it’s so fun 2 try new things w kids. You can even let him help you in the cooking process & make it exciting! He’ll change the way he see’s food!

@Monica He use to be a good eater , would try anything . Once he hit two that’s all went downhill , but I do try to keep encouraging new things but so far I’ve been either making him rice , sandwiches, he loves bread/toast . Sometimes he’ll try food and then after 3 bites he’s over it 🤣 hopefully it’s a phase
