So, a really cool and fun game I played was called “Winner Takes All”. The prize is a small bottle of All laundry detergent. Get a baby bottle container and have everyone in the baby shower fill it up with money. Everyone will think the prize is the money!! But the actual prize is a bottle of All 😂
You can get little tokens like tiny pacifiers or something of the sort. Hide them around the venue whoever has found the most at the end of the shower wins. Don't say baby. Get little baby diaper clips or something of the sort. Everyone starts with one. Can't say the word baby throughout the shower. If you hear someone say baby you steal their clip or all of their clips if they have multiple whoever has the most at the end wins.
Buy some cheap baby bottles and see who can finish it faster
My mom went to one and they played beer belly or baby and had photos of bumps you had to guess if it was a beer belly or baby bump. My mom won a prize lol she is a former bartender.
I like the diaper race game. teams of two and a couple rolls of toilet paper is all you need

You can get printable game packages pretty cheap on Etsy like 3-4 dollars
Diaper pong, guess the poop flavor (chocolate candies, guess the juice (bottles), guys try to put shoes on with a “belly”
Name that baby song is always fun. The melted chocolate poop is funny. Guess how many object (usually candy) are in the plastic bottle.
My friend organised everyone to send in a baby picture of themselves. They were printed up on the walls and we had to guess who was who
