So when you ovulate you’re already “2 weeks pregnant
Intercourse isn't relevant, the weeks are from 1st day of last period like Sophie said
You add on two weeks, so you go off the start of your last period.
NHS (and other healthcare providers) will work on the basis of gestational age from your Last Menstrual Period, not from date of conception. Generally, this can be worked out by adding 2 weeks to your weeks since ovulation. E.g. when you’re 14 dpo / 2 weeks after ovulation, you’d be approx 4 weeks pregnant. Most tracking apps will automatically work this out for you based on LMP date if you have it.
Your pregnancy is dated from the day of your last period
