Hello my LO is 5 months old and has a severe milk protein allergy. We introduced solids since 4 months because she is a lot interested in food. She has been on Neocate since 2 months old. Now she is refusing it she barely has 7/9oz a day. I tried Alfamino she doesnt take it. She wants only solids i dont know what to do. Please if anyone has experienced this.

How much solids are you giving her? It should only be one puree a day and the rest is milk. I weaned from 5.5 months old due to CMPA and I was told to only give one puree a day and the rest milk. You can sweeten the Neocate with alcohol free vanilla extract for a few bottles and then reduce the amount again x
I am giving her only once or twice a day sometimes. I give her puree just to introduce more and to see which one might be an allergy for her. I tried the vanilla one it didnt work

You need to cut down on her solids/stop giving her solids for a bit until her milk intake picks back up. She still needs primarily milk until she’s a year old.
